Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any cheap diesel clothing that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

This is a limited period offer and Watches will all be despatched during week commencing 9 March 2009. When you make your purchase please select our standard shipping service (Royal mail First Class Recorded). We are not able to offer next day delivery on watches.



If your diesel clothing order is received and paid by 3.0pm (UK time) we will despatch the same day.

Delivery Prices

WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS OVER £100

UK - Standard charge £3.49 per order sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded (1-3days).

Next Day UK Delivery. Alternatively you can select Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed next day by 1.0pm (Monday - Friday). Our charge for this is a flat £5.00 whatever the order size/value

EU Delivery. We send Airmail with Royal Mail International Service. This takes approximately 3-5 days and we charge a flat rate of £7.95 whatever the order size/value. You will be required to sign for your delivery

North America Delivery. We send Airmail with Royal Mail International Service. This takes approximately 5-10 days and we charge a flat rate of £11.95 and there is a limit of 2 items per order. You will be required to sign for your delivery

Australia/World Delivery. We send Airmail with Royal Mail International Service. This takes approximately 5-10 days and we charge a flat rate of £11.95 and there is a limit of 2 items per order. You will be required to sign for your delivery


Delivery Schedule

Delivery Schedule If you pay for your diesel clothing by 3.00pm (UK time) we will despatch your item the same day (Mon-Fri).

UK CUSTOMERS

If you selected Standard Delivery your item will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and should arrive in 1-3 days (Mon-Sat) with your post and you will need to sign for your parcel. Whilst we guarantee to despatch your items on time we cannot guarantee next day delivery as this is in the hands of Royal Mail.

If your selected Royal Mail Special Delivery your item should arrive the next day by 1.0pm (Mon-Fri) and you will need to sign for your parcel.

If you are not in to sign for the item a card will be left by Royal Mail explaining what you need to do. If you choose to collect your item from the specified collection point at Royal Mail you may need to take proof of identity (passport, driving licence, credit card, utility bill)

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Your item will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For Service. Your purchase should arrive within 3-10 working days (Mon-Fri) with your post and you will need to

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will send you an email notification. We do not operate a "back orders" system as we do not want you to have to wait for an item. We endeavour to update our store frequently so that we only offer items that are in stock and ready for delivery

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero

Customs and Import Tax (Outside of EU)
Any customs or import tax is charged once the package reaches its destination country. Any charge for customs clearance is the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

Shopping for Christmas?
Christmas Returns will be accepted up to 14 January 2009.

Return or Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied when you receive your item we can exchange it for another size/style or colour. All we ask, is that within 14 days of receipt you return the item to us by recorded and insured delivery service and cover our Royal Mail postage cost to re-send the new item to you. You can pay this by credit/debit card or send payment with the returned item (We will not charge for the cost of re-packaging and packaging materials). Alternatively, if you prefer a refund we can refund you the item value (excluding our original p&p cost) as long as the item has been returned to us within 14 days of purchase. In all cases the item must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and complete with original tags and labels attached. As a matter of hygiene refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear.


Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Please Note
When trying on items of diesel clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Order Cancellations
Under UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us, for a full refund.
